Deja Vu is getting ready to open a very large club in downtown LA not far from the Staples Center. 2 sources have confirmed that it's scheduled to open in January 2012. However, I've noticed that the opening has been delayed several times already so I'm not sure of their accuracy.
Although I have not visited the club, I've been told by people that have been there that Deja Vu has spent a lot of money creating this club from scratch. It is located on Main Street right off of the 10 Freeway. I am familiar with this area but I'm not sure where the parking will be located.
