But passing by this last beautiful Sunday afternoon, I couldn't resist when I saw the parking lot near full - which meant there would be lively action inside and there was. How many clubs are anything but pure dead on a Sunday afternoon? I don't like to be here during prime time because if I want dances, the couch is nalgas to nalgas and the pit bull at the door can be foaming down the side of his mouth with raw anger. The mix on Sunday was nice. Decent size crowd to keep the chicas interested...about 10 chicas in the house. The majority were decidedly gorda but some of those still sexy and bonita north of the neck. Would have been good if they could have flipped at least one of the many TVs to the Mets-Cardinals opener, but as they say, "When in Rome, do as the Romans". And so I remained content with the chicas and the futbol. There were about 3 choice flacas. I landed one of them after a long time of no chica going near me (often the case as I now realize that many of the primarily Spanish speaking chicas in clubs like this don't want to deal with what they anticipate will be a communications barrier). She was the girl any norteamericano would have found to be the hottest in the bar. Young and thin and super pretty - innocent looks with braces. Se llama Valerie or Valeria. She was a shark roaming the floor for dances and not hanging out for any extended time with anybody not actively handing her money, but she didn't give me short shrift hanging out for a lengthy getting to know you talk following my dances. I had 4 dances with her including 2-3 regaeton songs that were played out to their full 5-6 minute lengths, so it was a helluva run with her doing as good a job as can be done under house rules. The pit bull for the most part stayed outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, but despite looking as angry as he can look, he did not ever interfere with the dances during the time I was there as he is generally given to do. One couple was definitely exceeding the rules in the romantic sense, if not the sexual, and he left them alone. I've seen this guy tear into the crowd and ream out a chica for sitting on a guy's lap and giving him a kiss on the lips. Perhaps his bitch is in heat and he's calm for a cycle. I'm like you - my most convenient time to go to clubs is daytime weekends, but it is the worst time to be in the majority of clubs in SoCal. Daytime is a different clubbing culture than nighttime and with few exceptions, the dayshifts are light on lookers. Weekend dayshifts maybe worse than weekday dayshifts because if the dancer wants to work that day, she may as well put in her hours when there are more boners attached to wallets per square foot than any other time - Fri/Sat night. I will tell you that if you go at night you'll find many fewer tortas and a huge number of just ripe well constructed habañeros. That leads to another problem - jam packed nalgas to nalgas on the dance couches with security growling in your face. And of course the chicas are more mercenary - less inclined to relax at your table when there is so much income potential in the room. Given the pluses and minuses I still prefer wandering in on a lazy afternoon and hope to find a diamond in the rough - or the lean carne sin torta. Well, those were possibly the best $10 laps I have ever had. Can any regulars here tell me her name? What can I say? She softly grinded me, then power grinded me.
