As an experienced PL, I have honed the art of the polite fatty/skank blow off.
1) Don't make eye contact
2) Pretending to text madly as they approach works well. "Sorry babe, it's business"
3) Be as unresponsive as possible when approached.
4) A polite "No thank you" works wonders.
They get the hint real fast.

Fantasy Island - Lost Booze License

Not to worry fellow Fantasy Island PL's. Yes they temporarily lost their liquor license but they will be back with booze on September 6 '08. Was only a 30 day temp suspension. For now just stick a pint bottle in your pants and ask the bartender for an glass of ice or a coke and you're good to go.
By the way I noticed a lot of guys bagging on FI. Yeah it is a tad run down. Yeah there are too many girls there who shouldn't be dancers. Yeah the owner likes the DJ's to play too much classic rock and not enough hip hop or house music.
However, there are still enough hotties most of the time to make the place worthwhile. Last week I danced with a super fine South American Latina that was just a stunner. The DJ and I were mesmerized with her so I ended up getting several laps from her. Decent mileage but the visual was awesome. There is another girl there named Paige who has an unbelievable natural 38 DD rack and is super fun to hang out with. Plus they do 2 for 1's every hour so you can time it right to take advantage. Sometimes the girls will do 2 for 1's on their own. I also kinda like the seedy cheesy atmosphere cause it kinda has that red bordello look that is kinda cool. Just steer clear of the fatties and skanks and you will have a good time!

Not surprised. I haven't been there for a while, but last that i was there, had such a bad experience and the place was falling apart. An expatriate of FI now at Plan B complained about the fat old owner who would force her into the back room to do sexual acts. The fact that he did that, along with the way the place was operated, I'm not surprised that the first effect of all of it was that they'd lose their liquor license. How funny.
Good luck to FI in trying to stay open during the tail end of its run.

El presidente you no speakes engles? You're the "shill" moron because you're the proponent of the club...how can I be a "shill" when i am brutally honest about the friggin, laughing stock dump of the town. FI has NOTHING over Skin, 4Play, and Plan B (for my drinks).
OMG, as to the girls, seriously they REALLY need to retire (or the club needs to get new talent). There are NO friggin hotties there!! They're ALL either fat or saggy and old as i've reported and in search of their next hamburger meal. (Maybe FI oughta feed them once in a while). Once i came in for a drink (rather than stopping at Plan B because i was heading east on Pico and it was easier to pull up at the side)i was immediately accosted at the door for either a tip (before anything done??) or a dance from some old skank. One most notable was some brassy bottle blond old bag, Avi or something, (she can be my mother!) followed me around and bugged me for a dance before i could even adjust my vision for the dark inside. She then sat down at the bar with me, and i had to give her two bucks to make her go away. Even with that extension of generosity, she marched away pissed. What the hay??
So experience is the basis of my report. don't know what "hotties" you were lookin at..Maybe you're the "shill" and maybe it's your eyes that haven't adjusted to the inside lighting. ;o what a moron.

Stopped in the monday night after superbowl. Sat at the bar with a tall slovakian babe. Not in to ice princesses from eastern europe. Bartender was way hotter and better personality. I got funny story of Jim Hill. I saw him at fantasy island for their anniversary party a few months ago. A few weeks later, Rouge in valley had an asian night show and I saw him again. My friends and I joked that we should find out when strip clubs have events and we'll run into Jim Hill again.
About one month after seeing him at Rouge, my gf and I went to spearmint rhino downtown. I walked to bar to get change for tip rail and saw Jim Hill sitting down! I talked to him for a bit saying I saw him at fantasy island and rouge. He's a pretty cool dude, very friendly.
I thought that would be the last I'd see of Jim Hill, but in late June I was at spearmint rhino torrance on a thursday night. When it hit 2 am, people started leaving and I saw Jim Hill again! My friends do not believe me when I tell them how many times I've seen Jim Hill at strp clubs.

A friend from work stumbled in here about a year and a half ago. What a great change from some of the other clubs we have frequented. I don't think I've had a bad night there ever. I also enjoy the way the club is so international.
