I can't believe it closed. :o(
I passed through last saturday and seen that it was empty. I had to circle back and go through the parking lot. There was no one in sight. So many good memories.
I'm trying to find out if anyone remebers a dancer named Peaches that was there. Her real name is Sofi... She was tall, skinny and blonde with nipple piercings. I hadnt been there since January of this year. I doubt that she was still there. But hopefully somebody knows if she went to another club...

Attention: Imperial Showgirls Patrons, Strippers, Employees and those just CURIOUS.
Now is THE BEGINING of the END of a ERA, Imperial Showgirls is NOW CLOSED.
Fantastic News Is ISP Closed, the QUESTION is WHO is closing NEXT?
The PROFITLESS TIMER HAS BEGUN and as of 1:16AM PDT Friday November 20, 2009 it has BEEN 79 DAYS 01 HOURS 16 MINUTES or to be exact 113,836 MINUTES or 6,830,160 SECONDS that Imperial Showgirls COULD have MADE A PROFIT but REALIZED THIS was never POSSIBLE.
Strippers don't bother coming in for your PAY shift as no one is going to open the door upon your arrival NOT NOW nor the FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
The Stripclub is now CLOSED due to FACTS stated by court documents. The BAD NEWS is NEVER nice to report but SOMEONE has to.
TIME TO CELEBRATE & SAY ADIOS TO IMPERIAL SHOWGIRLS.
BUT you know as THE SAYING goes "LIFE CAN BE A BITCH"
Imperial Showgirls has made HISTORY by ITS UN-ABILITY TO MAKE A PROFIT or PAY ITS BILLS ON TIME or EVEN RUN A BUSINESS WITH FAMILY.
IDIOT'S of these OWNERS!! WHOS? THE IDIOT? who DECIDED to open in PICO RIVERA? BAD MOVE!!
The club only had 4 and if lucky 6 CUSTOMERS PER DAY but at least the 6 X $5.00 ADMISSION with Z-BONE MEMBERSHIP CARD would have a PROFIT of $30.00 + $36.00 for drinks = Total = $66.00
$66.00 divided by 2 Bouncers and OWNERS = $22.00 EACH BOUNCER or $2.75 an hour if they WORKED A 8 hour SHIFT
and OWNER would make IF LUCKY a DAILY PROFIT of $22.00 X 365 DAYS A YEAR = $8,030 BUCKS, Tips NOT INCLUDED in this ESTIMATED ANNUAL PROFIT.
In my opinion DESPERATE Imperial Showgirls Palace OWNERS Glen, LeRoy and of course Daddy never had the OPPORTUNITY to run a business..LESS MAKE A PROFIT.
While the ECONOMY SPUN INTO a DEEP RECESSION the past 2-3 years Imperial LOST in  ADVERTISING on BUS BENCHES FREEWAY BILLBOARDS as on THE 5 FRWY and THE 605 FRWY as well as LATINO NEWSPAPERS CABLE TELEVISION BUSINESS FLYERS FREE ADMISSION COUPONS
The PROFITS remained in the RED and the CLUB reallized they had to NO CHOICE AND CLOSED.
Trying to make ends meet with DAILY EXPENSES and making a PROFIT to cover BUSINESS EXPENSES can be a very CHALLENGING EXPERIENCE these TOUGH ECONOMIC TIMES.
Imperial Owners came to the City of Pico Rivera in 2002 and DECIDED on a AGREEMENT DATE September 01, 2009 to PULL THE PLUG.
The good thing I have to comment on Imperial Showgirls is that I had a BLAST with CRAZYONE, LEROY, THE CREW, and THE GIRLS as WE ALL had a BLAST & FUN WHILE IT LASTED.
Now the sad news..........
Many other STRIPCLUBS have been showing SIGNS of STRESS and/or are in THE RED and many others have CLOSED FOREVER and others HANGING on a thread BARELY making ENDS meet.
As Donald Trump'a Casino who recently FILED CHAPTER 11....so will the STRIPCLUB INDUSTRY.
Those that will end with SHORT END OF THE STICK will be the STRIPPERS followed by LAS VEGAS STRIPPERS and CLUB OWNERS.

bigjohnson - the Ivy you are describing works now at VIP Showgirls in North Hollywood. Check the roll call, she is there most of the time, I know I post the RTRC!
Another babe that used to work there "Leah" always wore a checkered stripe mini jacket also works at VIP Showgirls.

Ivy was only there for about three weeks before
ISP closed. She was caucasian had brown or black shoulder length hair which was fairly straight, was about 5'4" tall maybe 100 lbs. She had decent sized tat on her right forearm. In the VIP she would just start grinding away from the get go but she didn't crush your nuts like most of the dancers there since she was thin. What I liked about her is she was really cool not jaded yet. Oh yeah she was only 18 too Yeehaw!

hey bigjohnson i don't remember a spinner named ivy here. i know henessey was a petite 'lil spinner and there was ramona and passion from a long time ago, but don't remember any others. if you're looking for ivy maybe it would help if you provided a description and when you saw her at the club. you could also try looking at paradise or club synn in coi since it seems some dancers relocated to those clubs. good luck.

It never fails. Something I like comes along but never lasts. Could it have been much better boys after a deal was cut and the club was given a free pass on not having to worry about looking over their shoulder? I had heard about this place closing a couple of years before it actually did close but I guess they even got that extended. I'd been here a couple of times when it first opened and all those "without sin" protesters were out in front. WTF? Strip clubs cause prossshhhh. No, not outside the club where YOU were worried about. FOOLED YOU preacher man. All the whining you did helped force that deal where the law HAD TO pretend the place wasn't there. We all, well a few of us had some good times just because of you. But in the end you ruined it for us. You won. Enjoy another empty building with $0 tax Dolares for that fabulous "city"
There are two, well three things I wish I could change; If I would've had a stress releasing experience here when the damn place opened I would have come back more often, I wish I knew earlier about the special $149 private "ticket to ride" rooms. After seeing Ivy leave a wet spot on my shorts after 4 songs it wasn't hard to see that she was "a maniac" in the private rooms as one poster noted. I would have been in there andelepues. Nymphomaniacs under 100 lbs. rule! Somebody find that girl! Anywhere! I'll throw in some seriously.
