The staff is tops from Inna the manager to my personal favorite bartender Tina to all the waitresses who treat us so well, Jennifer, Ez, Ally and the rest. The usual trip to Nicolas takes 25 - 30 minutes, last night 1hour and 20 minutes! YIKES! The 5 frwy was a moving parking lot Thanks to the "Festival of Lights" off of Las Felize Blvd. Arrived at Nic's to be greeted by that friendly Security officer, he was about to do his usual routine, when I politely said, we're guests of Inna, with a smile he showed me the door! Girls everywhere and more and more where coming in, then a photographer walked in, film crew was getting ready for the shoot and dancers on the stage + The Laker game on the TV's. For me, beautiful dancers, COLD Corona's and the Laker game in the background, just doesn't get any better for me!!! Devine was the first to come by and sit, then Alexis, watching Dakota on stage (I liked North Dakota and South Dakota)and then my fave came walking up Kiara Mia! If there was snow outside it would of melted real quick. My Wingman found Crissie or shall I say she found him, so the four of us sat at Ed_Hazards fave table and enjoyed the evening with laps included. Evelyn was dressed (almost) as Santa's helper, man she looked hot! Luna came by with a smile, Extacy - she was all over the place and the waitress's made damn sure you wouldn't go thirsty! The words getting out that Nick's can be a good place to work if you can hustle, we'll see how that works out. Some of the new policies have really seperated the wheat from the chaff so to say. As far as security goes, I can honestly say I've never had an issue with any of them at Nick's. The younger guy with the black hair seems to bethe mostlevel headed one in a while. Its simple really perception is key. You look like a thug expect to be carded and patted, look like a guy out for a drink and some fun less likely to be. Be a regular smooth sailing. My only complaint is that they moved Preious to day shift security, that crazy chica was/is one hell of a pole dancer, an unusual DJ, and the security guard at Nick's I wouldnt want to fuck with. ;) All in all a good time was had by all, much Bushmills was drunk and cant wait to do it again. A Big Shout OUT to Prod for keeping the info real and a few others... My Wingman and I decided since we were passing right by Nics on our way home to drop in and see what has changed with new management! It was around 8:45pm we walked in and got attacked by 2-3 dancers (Mia, Divine and the ever gorgeous Jasmin) like they had just seen their long lost lovers! She came back out looking absolutely Caliente went to the DJ and then they (all the dancers)had to walk the stage. She ended up talking to some dud at the end of the bar, went up on the stage, came down and sat down and kept talking to this guy. So why does she agree to do a 2-4-1 with my Wingman and then totally ignores him while he's standing and waiting for her????? She went and changed, she went to the DJ and she went up on the stage!!! I tend to only be there on Fridays and Saturdays as those are the only days that my favs all work. I use my debit card there all the time and have yet to have a problem. I did see two posting the last time I was there but found that one was the charge and the other was the hold. The hold went away after a few days, as this is the bank's procedure, not Nic's. You'll see this same process with just about any restaurant charge. Now, I'm only there during the dayshift and it's my understanding is that they don't take plastic at night. Yes, a lot of new talent there. Crystal has only been there a months and is a pleasant addition to the Nic Family. She easily fits in with the trio of hotness, Nataly, Maria and Selma. Leila, only having been there for about 5 months, is another nice addition. As the review states, it's a very friendly place. Many a times I find myself there the whole shift. For those of you that have been there and have endured the "Jennifer experience" I truely appologive and I feel for you. Joe has extended Happy Hour during the week to 3 pm to 7 pm.
