I just went for the first time since well before the latest name change. I may have been kept away by the price thing.
I may have just gotten lucky, but what a group of girls.

That's how we ended up at Silver Reign a few months back. The idea was to try a new club and we were going through names and this one always gets rejected because it was like... geez, $25 for a topless??? if you're going to pay that much, you might as well see some eye candy at an "upscale" club. Then you check the message board and it's, "GREAT DEALS... before 6:00PM or before 10:00PM" and you're just like... what if I get there after 11:00? For the money, might as well go to SRVN or one of the other ones...

I was thinking about swinging by here, i had a couple friends who swore by this place 10 years ago. I saw some ads in the paper but thought i would check out dancer reviews here on the board first and i am glad i did.
300 dollars VIP's? wow that is expensive! I have seen some amazing girls at the VU and doubt the dances here could be twice as hot or the dancers twice as good looking

I've read quite a few review of manager Randy, but I have just experienced his latest bizarre concept of charging for dances. The dance count does not determine the charge! Only minutes with the dancer count!! So I was quite surprised when I was charged 20$ extra for my "two for one" dances. Even the girl I was with was quite surprised. I have been coming to this club for over 30 years and have spent many thousands of dollars here, so the money is not the major concern. But the dishonesty of Randy is. The charges should be transparent and clear to everyone. This guy is killing the club. If I owned the club I would fire this fellow "on the spot" before further damage is done. I feel sorry for the dancers that I enjoy to be working at such a shady place. Like cici, cat, sable, etc.

With all the better SC's throughout the Valley and the Los Angeles area, why frequent this "stupid" club? With all the other comments made below, why would anyone want to contribute to the owner's pocketbook and the managers' salaries? Aren't these customers just as stupid?
The answer is "yes" (or at minimum, sadly they are "pathetic" as in PL), and this is why they get treated like crap, and their comments ignored and made fun of by Randy the manager.

It's 2 x 1 May. This whole month, topless and nude dances are 2 x 1 all May long. There is no time limit for it; as long as it is May, it's 2 x 1.
HOWEVER, the topless price still goes up at 6pm. Before 6pm, it's $21, after, $25. But the dances are 2 x 1 all day everyday all month long. Make sense?

I just checked their website, which, as of this moment lists the "new prices as $21 topless, and $35 nude."
Isn't it rather incredulous, that even after all the posts here about their false advertising, in a call five minutes ago to the club asking the dance prices, the gentlemen who answered the phone informed that they are $25 and $35.
It seems very clear that these guys have a major problem with being honest. Amazing! They obviously think we're all stupid.
At this point I can only conclude that the people managing this place are flaming assholes, and have no intent to advertise honestly.
They could easily be subject to legal consequences for their actions. Can you say "class action lawsuit?"

The time that you step foot in the club does NOT determine how much you'll be paying for a lapdance; it's the moment that you grab your girl and get a lapdance that determines the price. If you enter the topless booth at, let's say, 5:59pm, make sure that the dancer, the floater, and yourself are all on the same page on the price of the dance. Finally! A non-response to the complaint.
First, whether or not he personally knows any of the people who are complaining is totally irrelevant. Whether or not any of us have personally gone to him or another manager with a complaint is also totally irrelevant. We use this board to publicly air our opinions of clubs, and help each other by doing so. We also assume that their management reads these postings, and can, if they so choose, use them to change their policies, or at least gauge the reaction of customer experiences and opinions of their clubs from those customers posting here. If they had a valid response to those opinions, or even an apology, this is a forum in which to publish to this community, which supports the clubs.
Second, I personally appreciate the postings by club personnel, and consider these postings a service to the readers fo the board. If they're contrary to Mr. Z's policy, that's an issue to take up with either him or his designated moderators.
"C" (sic) Your response that "we don't scam or cheat anybody" is a blatant lie. In the club's weekly advertisements in the L.A. Weekly, there is no mention anywhere of limited times during which those advertised prices are valid, therefore not honoring advertised prices is false advertising...plain and simple. This overcharging occurred more than one time, and with different bartenders, so it would be a real stretch to call it a mistake. To me that qualifies as cheating and scamming. What do you call it Randy?
None of us needs to come in for a confrontation with you as you suggest. You or the owner of the club needs to:
1. Apologize for and admit to the past transgressions.
2. Change either the advertised prices to what you really are charging, or charge the lower prices you have been advertising.
Continuing what you're doing is fraudulent and constitutes false advertising.
I repeat, I see no reason to patronize a company conducting business in such an egregious manner.

I find it to be absolutely bizarre that RandyMGR posts here and COMPLETELY IGNORES the base level question which will probably NOT be answered by some new ad that comes out on Thursday.
The ad says $21 topless/$35 nude (which isn't that great of a "deal" btw, especially the $21??? topless??? huh?) but... anyway... a customer came in and was told this only applied up to 6:00 PM???
The base level question will remain even after some new ad comes out, which is: what if a customer comes in after? what time? 6:00 PM? is that the cutoff? or what about 10:00 PM? or ??? Will these prices be effective at all given times or is there some funky cutoff time those of us who don't work there are supposed to know about somehow - what? telepathically? How exactly would we know what this magical cutoff time would be?

I'm glad to see other posters noticed my comments and support my complaint and comments about the level of the dancers.
This is a perfect case of management's silence being deafeningly loud.
I have been going to this club since it was Arches, then Oddball, and then Valley Ball, and have noticed cyclical fluctuations in level of beauty of the dancers and mileage, as they tend to be in most clubs. I have no problem with those cycles, and pick my spots.
I may not like, but can accept songs being shortened with lower prices, although their prior song lengths made a more enjoyable experience, but but lacking a proper response from their management, one can only assume their false advertising is an intentional rip-off.
I'll certainly not patronize them this club for laps.

After doing one topless, which was very low mileage with a northern NFZ, I went to the bar to pay, and was asked for $25. The same thing happened on both visits, with different bartenders, so either they don't tell the bartenders of the new lower prices they advertise, or the're simply doing false advertising, not honoring their advertised prices and ripping people off.
In the past, paying the prices there could be rationalized, as the overall level of beauty was higher than many other clubs, and the dance length was longer. Since most of the girls aren't of the prior level, the songs are shorter, and they fail to honor their advertising, I see no reason to patronize this club.

Yeah Fuck it, I know I said I wasn't going to show up here. BUTT I did anyway! I HAD TO TAKE ONE FOR THE TEAM! I stopped by after having a GD time at VIP in NoHo @ Midnite ish. I parked on the street in front of the club, there was noway I was going to pay for valet. It didn't cost me a damn thing to get in. That was the ONLY good thing about my visit. Just flashed my Z VIP card. Walked in, grabbed a seat. I was there for a total of about 35mins and not one waitress came up to me to ask me what I wanted to drink. I couldnt believe it, usually these bitches are all over you like flys on . I started getting Really BORED really quick. I saw maybe a total for 4 Very Average looking girls. NO HOTTYS!!!
THERE WERE NO GIRLS WITH BIG /BIG. Just plain ol' vanilla chicks .

The fact is the "lewd acts" CAN be considered prostitution, but LAPD does not have the resources to send every vice squad into stripclubs when prostitution is so blatant on CL, Cityvibe, Eros, and the other escort sites. In fact, they only attempt a "sting operation" at a stripclub IF there is an actual complaint. Otherwise, they leave the clubs alone and let the owners/management to deal with it. Hence, the cameras at some clubs, in the "particular" areas of the club.
This is the reason why the "high mileage" clubs are usually found in the "unincorporated" areas.

You should know better than to ask the manager of the club? I am a frequent customer to both Bare Elegance SFV (formerly the Valley Ball Cabaret/The Odd Ball Cabaret) and VIP Showgirls. Overall, Bare Elegance SFV has MORE "high mileage" dancers in comparison to VIP....just ask Spawn.
It would be impudent and idiotic for a manager of a club to openly admit...."my dancers will provide FS"? They have to be discrete and diplomatic. They can't admit to anything that is EVEN remotely "illegal", otherwise they would be legally responsible for what occurs behind the "curtains".
If you are not aware...in LA COUNTY (LAPD jurisdiction), even "stick shifting" OVER clothing is considered prostitution in the LOS ANGELES MUNICIPAL CODE.

I think Randy's answer was the answer you would expect coming from an employee of the club, what were you expecting salacious? Now, I've been going to strip clubs for the past 8 years and I would not stop going to a club based on a Manager's answer to a nasty factor question, you have to visit the club and get acquainted with the dancer of your choice (that is if you like the pricing structure of the club) and see if you get what you want from her and if not move on, there's hundreds of other dancers to test drive. And remember that even a High mileage dancer for another pl is not guaranteed a high mileage dancer for you. As far as I know, no club in the Los Angeles area would guarantee high mileage from all of their dancers. It's a personal thing between you and the dancer and every dancer has her limits, otherwise they would be advertising on Craig's list and making more money.

Hmmm... Interesting questions.
As far as how many natural big breasted women work at the club, it's hard to say for sure. Probably, 3 - 5 on any given day or night. But, the plethora of natural breasted sizes & augmented biggies definitely out number their natural biggie counterparts.
As far as the "nasty factor," is concerned, Mr. Acious, isn't that primarily in the eye of the beholder? I mean I could say it was one way or the other, but my 17 years in the southern California strip club biz tells me that there is really no realistic point of reference from which to base that opinion. It is my belief that giving it a rating would probably never quite adequately express that which I would want to convey or, that which you would want to hear.

Yes Erick I know exactly who you are talking about. Keira had a very thin waist and Huge Bubble Booty. Originally I remember her dancing over at VIP in 2007 then moved to Blue Zebra for a coupla years. I haven't heard anything for Months now on Kiera so it could be true what the dancer told me about her moving on the last time I was there at BZ.
