@Manual- stereotypes like strippers are drug addicts, single mothers, lying about being in school, sharks, drama queens, sluts/nymphos.

Have any dancers defied those stereotypes in a big way and how so?

@Sal- I mostly read your posts because at the time I was working at BE LAX and you hated my club!

@NY- As a Number 1 type regular, do you find yourself going to the same girl(s) or do you seek out different girls that will provide the mileage you're looking for?

Those are stereotypes for a reason! Ha ha. I don't think I have met a dancer that has defied them all.

The same girls, isn't that the whole idea of having regulars.  I don't normally go seek out new girls, but sometimes I get introduced to a new girl by my regulars.

Yes I assumed you were more aiming at that you were a regular patron not necesssrily that you had a regular dancer.

@DancerDoxastic: The few strippers whom I've known well, including an ex-girlfriend, defied the stereotypes. The weren't drug addicts, single moms, and so forth. The one trait they shared was that they needed the money, and for various reasons they viewed dancing as the least objectionable way to make money. They were actually quite normal except for being very independent minded and having a bit of a wild streak.

Sorry, for the misunderstanding.  The OP was about the advantages and disadvantages having regular dancers and I just assume that what what we were still talking about.  I've always had regular dancers.
