Female teams are in the
on-deck circle working as part-time talk radio show hosts waiting for their
time to step up to the plate for a full-time shift. Over the Thanksgiving
weekend, Sheena Metal and Sam Phillips (pictured at left) sat in for Conway
& Steckler at KLSX 97.1. They call themselves the "Thelma & Louise"
of radio. The ladies attended Woodstock 30 years ago, but didn't meet until
recently.
